Privacy information

This static website uses optional analytics only after your consent.

Controller

The controller for this website is Dr. Nikola Protrka. Privacy-related questions and requests can be sent to vjestak@protrka.hr.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used only to understand aggregate website usage. The Google Analytics script is not requested or loaded until you explicitly select “Accept analytics” in the consent banner.

If you consent, Google Analytics may process technical and usage information such as device and browser information, approximate location derived from the network connection, pages viewed, and interaction data. Analytics cookies may also be set in your browser.

Legal basis

The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may refuse or withdraw consent without affecting access to the website.

Your choice

Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser using localStorage under the key np_analytics_consent_v1. You can reopen the consent banner at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer and change your choice.

If you reject or withdraw analytics

If you select “Reject analytics”, this website does not load Google Analytics. If you withdraw a previously granted consent, further Analytics collection is disabled and Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website are removed where technically possible. The core website remains fully functional.

Google as analytics provider

Google Analytics is provided by Google. When analytics is enabled, information may be transmitted to and processed by Google under its own data protection terms. Depending on the processing location, this may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, subject to the transfer safeguards used by Google for the relevant service.

External links

This website contains links to external services, including LinkedIn, the Croatian court expert registry and CroRIS. Their own privacy rules apply after you follow those links.

Your data protection rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
